​General Guidelines

• Field prep volunteer shifts are dependent on the game schedule
• Before signing-up for a field shift, attend the field maintenance clinic (usually held at the beginning of spring season). Responsibilities for field preparation are covered in the clinic.
• All required field prep equipment is provided by CSA

Field Prep Duties

• Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled shift and make contact with the Board Member on Duty.
• You may be given an alternative task after completion of fields
• Field preparation includes bases, watering, raking, and chalking the field.
• Preparation may also including sweeping and cleaning out the dugouts and bleachers
