In order to offer an affordable recreation softball program, we absolutely need parent help! Please note, that if you are not able to fulfill your snack bar, field prep, or gear sales shift, your volunteer check will be cashed.
Scheduling / Signups

SPRING: Volunteer shifts are scheduled throughout the entire season. Online signups will be released incrementally as games are scheduled and as additional needs arise.
FALL: All volunteer shifts occur during the CSA hosted Sunset Classic Tournament (Friday-Sunday). Parents of players in ALL divisions will be required to help with volunteer shifts for each player registered. Online signups will be released during the week leading up to the tournament.
Required Hours
Two (2-hour) shifts are required for each player registered in the league.
All-Star volunteer requirements are different. Please refer to the appropriate tab.
Deposits
Each family is required to provide a $300 volunteer deposit check made payable to CSA. Your check will not be cashed, unless you do not fulfill your volunteer obligation.
FALL: Each team's volunteer checks are due as a group at the time of uniform pickup, the week before the first games. Team uniforms will not be distributed until all checks are received.
Shifts
Arrival: Please arrive 10 -15 minutes prior to your volunteer shift. Your prompt arrival ensures a smooth transition between volunteers
Changes or Cancellations: Shift changes, switches, or cancellations must be requested and confirmed 48 hours prior to the scheduled time with the CSA Board Volunteer Coordinator.
Age Restrictions
Due to liability issues, no children or players are permitted inside the snack bar. Volunteer shifts must be fulfilled by a person 18 years or older.
