Snack Bar

General Guidelines

  • All food and drinks must be paid for, with the exception of umpires (who receive free food and drink). Do not ring up your own purchases during your shift - ask one of the other volunteers assist you.
  • No one under the age of 18 is allowed inside the snack bar at any time. This is for safety and liability.
  • Volunteers help by selling food and drink, preparing some food items, and assisting as needed.
  • The snack bar will be opened and staffed according to planned schedules. The Concessions Coordinator  is responsible for opening and securing the room, as well as stocking the snack bar.

Snack Bar Duties

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before your shift and check-in with the Board Member on Duty.
  • Make sure paper/disposable goods and condiment containers are full (i.e. napkins, coffee supplies, ketchup, etc.)
  • Clean-up counters and empty trash as needed
  • Review preparation directions posted in the snack bar
  • Be prepared to be given an alternative task to help out
  • For questions, comments, or suggestions regarding snack bar volunteering, please contact the Concessions Coordinator
